2. Service Description

Nexyro provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for developers and small teams. Our products help collect data, manage forms, and automate internal workflows. Services are available worldwide via monthly or yearly subscriptions.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Scope

These terms govern the use and purchase of SaaS services offered by Nexyro on nexyro.io. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

3.2 Pricing and Billing

Services are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices are displayed before checkout and include all applicable taxes. Billing occurs at the time of subscription and recurs according to the chosen billing cycle.

3.3 Payment

All payments are securely processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Nexyro does not store any payment card information. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of subscription, upon request by email at dev@nexyro.io. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting dev@nexyro.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.

4. Privacy Policy

When using our services, we may collect:

• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
